This food supplement for sleep and calmness, thanks to the ingredients contained in Safr’Inside™, including cultivated Saffron, helps to relax and contributes to maintaining emotional balance. The presence of Melatonin in the preparation helps shorten the time needed to fall asleep (beneficial effects occur with the consumption of 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime).
