Some of our products can be particularly helpful for women entering the menopausal transition, who experience changes that affect their well-being, beauty, health, comfort of life and daily functioning. In other words, our products are designed for all women who want to tame their ever-changing body and plan to live to the fullest of their abilities regardless of the passage of time, effectively supplementing their daily diet and care.

Yes. We try to ensure that both our cosmetics and women’s supplements contain mainly natural ingredients, which is why most of our products usually contain > 98% natural ingredients. When developing compositions and formulations, we are guided by the principle of selecting natural ingredients with scientifically proven effects.

Yes. We try to ensure that the vast majority of both dietary supplements and cosmetics do not contain ingredients of animal origin. In our offer you will never find any ingredient tested on animals.

The capsules are made of cellulose and are vegan.

Depending on the needs, the program used and its individual products as well as individual reactions to a given product. In some people the effects may appear earlier, in others a little later. According to the conducted studies, the effects may be felt after a month of use. It is worth using a given program for at least 3 months to feel its full effects.

It depends on your needs, lifestyle, daily diet and individual body reactions, because each body is different. We recommend that you continue using supplements as a supplement to your daily diet for a period of 3 to 6 months. After this time, it is worth taking a 1-month break, and you can also consult your doctor and if there are no contraindications, continue taking supplements. Always read the label and follow the recommendations. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you experience any adverse symptoms, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Follow the instructions on the packaging. Our supplements do not require taking with a meal, we recommend taking 1 hour after a meal. It is best to drink water. Swallow the capsules whole – do not open or chew the capsules. Can be used at any time of day, except for the Calm & Sleep Balancing Formula dietary supplement, which should be taken 30 minutes before bed.

Yes, all our products are manufactured in Poland, but many of the ingredients they are made of are manufactured abroad. However, we do not rule out the possibility of manufacturing outside our country, especially in European Union countries, if necessary.

Please throw away product boxes and shipping boxes in the blue paper bin. After peeling off the label, throw supplement bottles into the green glass bin, as well as glass jars, pipettes and glass cosmetic bottles. Throw supplement and cosmetic caps into the yellow plastic and metal bin. The filler in the shipment is a product that degrades in water, so you can dissolve it and water your plants.
