Returns Policy

In accordance with the provisions of §13 of the Store Regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in our Store within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the cases indicated in the section “exclusion of the right to withdraw from the contract”.

WHAT TO DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

1. COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE WITHDRAWAL FORM

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.

When withdrawing from the contract, you can use the modelwithdrawal form.. The model form is attached to the Regulations for the provision of electronic services within the Store.

  • The refund will be equal to the price of the returned products and the cost of delivering the order up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest delivery option.
  • Returned products are shipped at your own expense – we do not accept cash on delivery.
  • If you are returning a product that consists of multiple products (such as any INNER OUTER CARE program), you must return all products.

2. PACK SAFELY AND SEND THE ORDERED PRODUCTS TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED

The returned product should be unused, in an unchanged state, in quantitative and qualitative composition. It is recommended that the returned product be securely packed to avoid the risk of damage. The shipment should be addressed and sent to the following address:

3. EXPECT A REFUND

Refunds should be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products, after positive verification of the returned products.

The funds will be refunded in the same way that was used to pay for the order or in the manner indicated in the withdrawal form.

4. REMEMBER THAT THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS:

  • that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life
  • delivered in sealed packages if they have been opened and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.*
