A functional medicine and clinical nutrition specialist actively working in the health and beauty industry. A graduate of Collegium Medicum at Jagiellonian University and Functional Medicine University in the USA. Formerly a monitor and manager in the clinical research sector, she spent years in the pharmaceutical industry. Founder of the website www.agently.com.pl and the modern platform Agently Skin Lovers, dedicated to health, beauty, and functional medicine. In her practice, she emphasizes a healthy lifestyle and individually tailored interventions, helping women feel great and look beautiful.

Dr. Musiał is our invaluable consultant in the fields of skin health, cosmetology, neurocosmetology, and the practical application of a holistic approach to skincare in the process of slowing down aging. She holds a PhD in medical and health sciences (discipline: medical sciences), is a cosmetologist specializing in bioaesthetic cosmetology, a trichologist, and a researcher in experimental oncology and molecular biology. She was awarded the 2023 “Person of the Year” title in the Art of Beauty Prestige Awards for her innovative scientific research and for promoting the development of trichology in Poland. She is also a long-time academic lecturer.
Scientific Director of Skinline Clinic. Author of internationally recognized scientific publications listed in the Philadelphia List in the fields of biology, medical chemistry, experimental oncology, cosmetology, and trichology, as well as numerous industry-related popular science articles in leading beauty magazines. She is a speaker at scientific and popular science conferences, a trainer in trichology and cosmetology, and a media expert. Reviewer for the international medical journal *Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology* (Wiley). Member of the International Trichoscopy Society, the Polish Society for Longevity Medicine, and the Polish Trichology Association. An honorary member of the international scientific organization Sigma Xi: The Scientific Research Honor Society. Dr n. med. Agnieszka Zawirska
Dermatologist-Venereologist Specialist
Dr. Zawirska supports our team by sharing her expertise in the physiology of mature skin, aging processes, and holistic approaches to skin health.
She is a physician, dermatologist-venereologist, and a lecturer in cosmetology at the University of Education and Therapy in Poznań. A passionate advocate of functional medicine and holistic health, she integrates academic knowledge with a modern perspective on skin health in her daily practice. For over 20 years, she has worked in various outpatient clinics, helping patients with skin, hair, and nail conditions. Her approach to each patient is both holistic and individualized, which is especially important when diagnosing and treating chronic conditions.
She earned her medical degree from the Poznań University of Medical Sciences in 1999 and defended her doctoral dissertation in 2005. She also studied abroad, completing internships in Cologne and Dublin.
In her search for the root causes of dermatological issues, she became interested in functional medicine, which focuses on diagnosing primary physiological and biochemical imbalances underlying chronic illnesses, and restoring those imbalances. Between 2015 and 2020, she participated in numerous advanced certification courses from The Institute for Functional Medicine (USA). Today, she combines academic medicine with functional medicine in her private practice.
Dr. Zawirska is also passionate about healthy living, nutrition, and all aspects of how diet and modifiable environmental factors impact the skin. She actively shares her knowledge and experience on social media (Integralis, dermatolog.holistyczny). She enjoys photography, nature, and travel.
